In today’s climate, adding a granny annex to your home, whether it’s for elderly parents or to rent out, is becoming more and more popular.
A well-built granny annex will cost around £1500 – £3000 per square meter. It can also add between 20-30% to the value of your home. If it is considered a separate dwelling then planning permission will be required.
When it comes to wastewater, the easiest and best option is to connect your granny annex to the mains sewerage.
Here we have installed an underground sewage pumping station which will feed the sewage into the main sewer. We’ve also installed all the required drainage and new water main for a granny annex.
